Blackwell's Reading Lists provides the facility for you to register course reading lists on-line subject to the following notices, terms, and conditions. When you use the Blackwell's Reading Lists service you will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such a service.

Blackwell's Reading Lists is currently a part of the Blackwell Limited Group of Companies, (the Blackwell Group).

Use of Site

The reading list site or any portion of it may not be reproduced, copied, duplicated, sold, resold, or otherwise used for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by Blackwell's Reading Lists.

Blackwell's Reading Lists, Blackwell Ltd. and any associated company within the Blackwell Group reserve the right to refuse service, terminate registrations, and/or delete reading lists in its discretion, if Blackwell's Reading Lists believes that customer conduct is in violation or breach of any applicable law or Blackwell's Reading Lists's terms and conditions, or is harmful to the interests of Blackwell's Reading Lists or the Blackwell Group. Blackwell's Reading Lists reserves the right to accept or reject all reading lists or requests to register.
